programming, planning, developing and execution of technical documents, which will include coordination of other team members including Architects, Engineers and client consultants.
Must demonstrate the ability to work with end-users and research scientists in the planning and programming phase of multiple projects simultaneously. Clients include academic research with Universities, Developers and Private life science companies. Maintains awareness of evolving laboratory design and technical design and construction issues. Experience in leading and working with Engineers in the coordination engineering systems. Ability to also work with our Healthcare & Higher Education project teams
to collaborate on pursuits. Ideal candidates will have the following Qualifications: A licensed architect with 8-12 years of experience with knowledge and experience in academic research and laboratory facilities.
Passionate about research building typologies and willing to research and mentor others in the development of laboratory design. Proficient in Revit and familiar with laboratory planning and laboratory equipment.
