The role will focus on the Azure Infrastructure Migration motions with a core mission of delivering insights and analytics to drive commercial consumption strategy and empower our organization to grow new business across Windows, Linux, Oracle and Azure
Arc-enabled migrations. You will work in conjunction with other Business Architects who are experts in their technical workload domains to drive a unified technical migration strategy and execution framework for the Customer Success teams.
You will lead our efforts to accelerate programmatic migration engines in alignment with our partner ecosystem and Industry Solutions Delivery teams. You will develop and drive the migration business strategy for Azure Infrastructure with a focus on driving customer success and seamless end-to-end execution capabilities. You'll be a key influencer for shaping the execution and perspective of Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) field leaders
on Azure migration consumption growth by managing productive partnerships with the Customer Success Unit (CSU) leaders across the global subsidiaries and be sought-after as a thought leader on the Infrastructure business.
As the Azure Infrastructure Migration Lead, you'll partner closely with Sales Strategy, field teams, Marketing, Solution Sales, Partner and Product Group counterparts to shape and execute the Azure Infrastructure consumption strategy! Qualifications: Required/Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a related field OR equivalent experience. 6+ years experience in in Near Term Strategy (2 years out), Management Consulting, Sales, or Finance.
Proficient knowledge of cloud Migration business drivers, cloud platforms, capabilities and solutions that generate customer growth and innovation. Additional or Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field AND 7+ years marketing, strategy, sales, sales leadership, program management, project management, business planning, consulting, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience OR Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 5+ years marketing, strategy, sales, sales leadership, program management, project management, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience OR equivalent experience.
In-depth knowledge of trends & patterns of cloud Migration, especially as it relates to how our customers adopt these technologies and evolve Thorough understanding of common migration workload scenarios (i. e. migrate and modernize across Windows and Linux Iaa S, Oracle, SAP, Azure Arc, and related Security, Management, Storage, and Networking requirements) Result-focused influencer.
Discern what's important from what's urgent and find the path forward from among multiple scenarios, earn trust from collaborators, and thrive on ambiguity to deliver business outcomes Effective written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentations and demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges Solid experience in cloud implementations, mass migrations, cloud infrastructure technologies and architecture Experience in sales or consulting in the enterprise segment, working directly with large customers Knowledge of Program, Project, or Product Management Experience of designing, building, and executing highly successful global programs and strategy at scale Sales Strategy Enablement IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.
S. is USD $124,800 - $242,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $159,000 - $264,000 per year.
