WHAT YOU'll BE DOING: Working on a variety of projects with team members across the firm assisting with meeting project deadlines, preparing quality plans and exhibits and administration assistance. You'll provide
outstanding customer service in all aspects of project management, maintaining the client relationship and provide leadership, direction and encouragement to LAI-I and II's and Landscape Technicians to achieve profitable project production and a quality of excellence in the work that is produced.
The types of projects you'll work on: Public Sector Trails planning and design - Permian Basin " Wildcatters Trail" connecting Midland and Odessa; Recipient of the TRAPS 2023 Planning Excellence Award Park planning and Design - Design for a large Community Park Landmark Projects - Currently in construction phase of a large regional arena, community center, and sports facility project
Regional Planning - assist Dunaway Planners with Master Thoroughfare Planning, Subdivision Regulations, Complete Streets K-12 - Multiple projects for School Districts in the West Texas Region Higher Education - Private and Public Universities in West Texas and throughout Texas Urban Design - planning and design for urban plaza, streetscape, and pedestrian connectivity projects Commercial and Mixed Use - Approximately 100 acres of mixed-use commercial projects currently in planning, design, and construction Healthcare - Permian Basin Behavioral Health Center, and multiple projects for regional healthcare facilities Cultural - Zoo Midland, the first new zoo constructed in the U.

Collaborate and work closely with Landscape Architecture team members and leaders across the firm on projects. Prepare drawings and exhibits to the quality and accuracy matching Dunaway standards, code requirements, and laws. Prepare and manage smaller projects indepedently with oversight Assist in the development of staff personnel Frequent client and contractor interactions Assist with plan documenting fees for proposals for potential projects Ability to prepare necessary deliverables including plans, graphics and exhibits for client presentations KNOWLEDGE: Familiarity with City Ordinances and Planning Processes, Regulatory Reviews, and Industry Standards Experience in projects from initial idea through construction closeout Autodesk (Civil3D or Revit) and Adobe Creative Suite Intermediate knowledge of 3D visualization tools Proficient in MS Office QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture Registered Landscape Architect preferred, but not required 3+ years of professional experience

and QA/QC on how to improve and optimize drawings for production Piping & Structural Catch mistakes on P&IDs while pipe designing and on vessel orientation/elevation Complete drawings that help improve interdepartmental workflow (ex: issue total BOMs, structural drawings, ISOs) Maintain organized and up-to-date ISO production spreadsheets and shipping lists Coordinate with pipefitters on how to optimize pipe & skid design Purchasing Create accurate BOMs for purchasing of all construction materials Ensure all design/quality approvals before issuing for construction.
