Job Summary: Enhancement Installer will be an integral member of service team that safely installs and maintains high quality landscapes for our clients. Will act as part of a small team to efficiently execute duties with a strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
Duties/Responsibilities: Works with Design team to understand plan for install Installs seasonal and other enhancements per approved client plan Installs or alters existing landscape to be compliant with approved plan May provide guidance to other team members on work to be completed Will support property care and mow crews in addition to enhancement projects Adhere to and uphold all Company safety practices, procedures
and policies. Requirements: Required Experience and Skills:1-2 years experience with landscaping and/or enhancements Horticulture knowledge required. Horticulture education preferred.
Have an aesthetic eye or design eye Ability to lift 75 pounds and perform physical field work as directed by supervisor. Ability to work independently with a positive attitude Willing to learn new skills and able to adapt to change quickly Indiana driver's license, preferred but not required Ability to communicate in English is extremely helpful but not required.
