: Limited; most of the work is based at this location As a Superintendent , you will: Supervises the field teams doing maintenance and service work, both preventative and corrective maintenance, for assigned projects in accordance with the plans and specifications to ensure that the work is completed on schedule, within the budget, and with the quality workmanship expected by the company and the customer Oversees various trades related teams to supervise, inspect, review, record and report on all site related activity ensuring that the assigned subcontractors perform their work on schedule.

May supervise one or more projects at the same time. Responsible for coordinating and scheduling

maintenance services with all our subcontractors and internal employees, ensuring access to the site and the specific equipment to be maintained or repaired Ensure all preventative maintenance work tickets are generated and completed for each work day for each equipment item.

Ensure work tickets are documented in a log which will be used to update the BUILDERS asset management software Collects daily manpower reports from all staff, prepare monthly manpower reports. Update Service Order log and project schedule regularly For corrective maintenance actions manage the progress, scheduling, procurement, installation, and documentation for corrective maintenance actions.

Identify and participate in developing scope and pricing for each corrective maintenance action. The site supervisor will be the first responder to emergency, urgent and routine corrective maintenance events Supervise and coordinate activities of all employees and subcontractors. Assist with quality control functions per contract (COE) requirements (submittal reviews, daily reports, preparatory meetings and other quality control program features) to ensure project document controls are in compliance with contract requirements. Enforce, facilitate and follow Company and contract safety requirements.

Assist with SSHO functions per company standard practices and per contract (COE) requirement if required per the position. Schedule and plan work tasks, monitor progress of work with schedule updates (in conjunction with Project Manager) Prepare budgets and forecasts (in conjunction with Project Manager) Coordinate inspections, verifications, tests, and other contractual requirements with client. Participate in regular project/site meetings with subcontractors, architects, engineers, client representatives and other groups. Direct and coordinate subcontractor activities Required Qualifications: 5+ years of project coordination and supervision experience with construction or maintenance projects, preferably for commercial and/or industrial buildings.

Experience overseeing multiple trades related teams in the construction industry, preferably with mechanical and/or electrical teams. Excellent interpersonal skills for employee supervision and client interface. Proficiency with computers, MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and basic Windows environment. Experience with MS Project preferred. The ability to obtain and maintain an OSHA 30 certification. Active OSHA 30 certification preferred.
