You’ll Bring These Qualifications: An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related major, or graduation from a coding bootcamp 5+ years of relevant experience. Experience working with Linux or similar Operating Systems. Experience working as a member of a development team participating in the complete product development lifecycle. Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies. Demonstrated Java, Javascript programming experience in a Unix/Linux environment.
Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS). Familiarity with continuous integration and software CM processes / tools (Subversion, GIT, JIRA, Confluence). Experience applying industry best practices to ensure system. performance, reliability, scalability and security. Strong troubleshooting/problem solving skills. Effective communication skills. Time management and organizational skills, including the ability to work in a dynamic, real-time environment with rapidly changing priorities. Must be able to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision to meet deadlines.
Familiar with microservice architectures. Familiarity with build tools (e. g. gradle, maven). Security +, or other IAT II qualified security certification (within 3 months of hire) These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have: Familiarity with Elasticsearch and/or Postgres. Experience with Java Spring Boot. Development experience defining, developing and maintaining REST based interfaces. Experience with Container orchestration frameworks such as Docker and Kubernetes. Bonus if you have experience with networking, Redis, Kafka, Grafana, ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
AWS Certification (Developer, Dev Ops and/or, Architect, etc. ) A passion for creating beautiful, engaging, intuitive, efficient and highly usable user interfaces. Experience with vector and motion graphics, including SVG, HTML5 Canvas, Web GL and animation via Java Script and CSS Experience building rich data-driven web applications. Front-end developers will be expected to become familiar with Typescript, Svelte, and multi-threading, existing experience is desired. Familiarity with real-time communication mechanisms such as Web Sockets. Familiarity with Node, Cesium, and/or Open Layers.
Familiarity with emerging trends in desktop, web, and mobile app development. Experience with deployments, dev ops, and / or AWS Experience with Git. Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $89,500-$188,000. Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion. • Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed. • Communicate with project team regarding ASI’s, RFI’s, and Material Submittals. • Ensure that subcontractor is fully executing and complying with his contracted scope of work. • Interface with site customer personnel to ensure conformance to Drawing/Hardware/Software/Graphics site standards.
• Coordinate commissioning and validation activities on-site with commissioning agents and site automation engineers.
• Schedule commissioning and validation activities with the Validation Engineering Team. • Perform technical reviews of test documents, software, and graphics. • Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards. • Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project team for resolution. • Ensure subcontractor has corrected all deficiencies identified by project team. • Walk all units on project daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning. • Preside over weekly subcontractor meetings designed to coordinate the work.

PMP Design Build Institute of America (DBIA), LEED certification, preferred. 5-7 years of construction management experience. Understands project scope and customer expectations. R esponsible for a medium to large project, manages the contractual commitments of contractors including cost, quality, and schedule and coordinates their field activities. High level knowledge of commercial/contractual complexity, deal structure/financial acumen, disciplines of supply chain, communication skills, C-level relationships.
