The candidate will be an integral part of a selective professional geospatial IT development team that directly supports the analysis during the operational planning cycle to support mission success. This position is in support of a Department of Defense (Do D) organization and will be located in Fayetteville, NC. More About the Role: The successful candidate will be part

of a team responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance ESRI GIS and Mapping products: Arc GIS Enterprise, Arc GIS Pro, and Arc GIS Earth; as well as other enterprise wide GIS and associated geospatial databases, network equipment and software tools and applications.

The candidate will perform complex analysis, design and modification of GIS applications and databases and evaluation of new GIS hardware and software. You’ll Bring These Qualifications: TS/SCI Minimum of eight (8) years GIS experience within DOD or the Intelligence Community Experience administering and deploying ESRI GIS and Mapping Tool Suite: Arc GIS Enterprise, Arc GIS Pro, and Arc GIS Earth. Shall

be highly proficient in administering and deploying open source and commercial off the shelf (COTS) GIS server equipment in support of intelligence organizations Strong ability to write custom scripts for automation and analysis using Python with knowledge of C# and Java Perform at high level/expert intelligence systems architecture design and evaluation Shall possess an expert working knowledge of the discovery, analysis and exploitation of geospatially oriented data and the management of that data within a variety of Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) compliant applications and databases Shall possess strong verbal and written communication skills Shall possess high level/expert ability to manage and work with static and dynamic streaming geospatial oriented data Required to obtain and maintain currency of the appropriate level certification in accordance with DODD 8570.01.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have: Bachelor's degree and 10 years of general experience in the fields of targeting, intelligence systems architecture and geospatial systems experience are highly desirable.
