Drive business process reengineering to reduce / remove Windchill customizations Architect / design customizations and extensions that meet customer requirements.
Propose high level PLM solution designs to improve and/or optimize existing product development processes. Conduct workshops with business users, program & project stakeholders and others to collect feedback and obtain alignment on proposed to-be solutions design Lead / guide team of functional analysts to achieve functional and technical goals / objectives. Responsible for architecting / designing solutions and E2E integrations
around Change Objects, Parts, Documents, BOM Structures, Effectivity, CAD tools, etc. Alignment with data migration leads for legacy systems DM into Windchill environment.
Qualifications and Education Requirements 10+ years experience with PTC Windchill, Thing Worx Navigate, Windchill APIs, Java/JSP, etc Proven experience as an PTC Windchill Solutions Architect, Windchill Solutions Designer, Software Engineer or similar role with multiple implementations & deployments Experience in PTC Windchill solution design, config & customization decisions etc. Expert knowledge of PTC's Windchill 11.1 (or later versions) Experience with Windchill Thingworx Navigate a plus Experience with multiple
integrations including SAP preferred Experience with both waterfall and agile project methodologies Experience with ALM / SDLC tools Experience in high tech product design and / or manufacturing domain is preferred Effective communication skills and demonstrated success leading in a team environment Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Desire to learn about and implement new technology Ability to focus on multiple projects simultaneously
