The team is responsible to conduct data analysis of aircraft system performance (air vehicle and air system) focusing on lethality, survivability, and interoperability.
This position reports to the Manager of the Integrated Systems Evaluation (ISE) team as part of the Simulation & System Test (SST) organization. This role requires solid knowledge and experience in designing, developing, building, testing, and integrating system architecture for Big Data ecosystems. It includes knowledge of local, distributed,
and cloud-based technologies; data virtualization and smart caching; and all security and authentication mechanisms required to protect the data. You will be expected to define hardware, software, and systems architecture; determine technical standards and requirements for software, hardware/tools, and platforms; Participate in architecture reviews and ensure that technical standards and requirements address user needs and constraints.
Requires ability to design and implement data solutions that deliver data pipelines to clean, transform, and aggregate unorganized data into databases or data sources that are ready for automated analysis and Machine Learning models. This role will also
require maintaining data systems performance by identifying and resolving production and application development problems; Define standards, best practices; implement data solutions by defining functional capabilities, security, back-up, and recovery specifications.
You will need to be a US Citizen, and currently possess and be able to maintain a US Do D SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
