The candidate will be responsible for internal enterprise tools that support our employee experiences.
Deliverables include design mockups, experience flows, prototyping, design presentations, high-fidelity visuals, and follow up to ensure high-quality implementation. As a member of the UX Design organization, you will be at the forefront of transforming the digital landscape for Tesla's energy and vehicles across the globe. You will play
a pivotal role in designing and innovating the end-to-end web user experience that set new standards in the industry. You will collaborate with product managers, content managers, engineers and global partners as a key contributor and originator.
You will conceptualize, design, and implement best-in-class employee software that enhance Tesla's employee experience. Responsibilities Research and define UX strategy, contribute to the overall product and design direction from concept to implementation Develop creative and innovative design
solutions for employee experiences that help guide various types of our employee from different backgrounds and with different requirements Constantly measure how designs are performing for target customers; iterate and improve those experiences as needed Work in a highly collaborative environment with engineers and other partners; invest in building relationships and trust with stakeholders and leaders Present work to partners, stakeholders and senior leaders regularly Define and share Tesla UX design standards and guidelines.
