CTI Business Operations enables technology managers across the organization to effectively manage their resources and deliver their commitments in support of CTI's strategy, goals, and performance metrics. This is achieved through the provision of commercial aspects of CTI, analytics and reporting (including expense and productivity), workforce, real estate, supplier management, leadership and talent development, including entry level and pipeline programs, and employee engagement and communications.

The Infrastructure Operations Engineer is responsible for activities relating to the build, maintenance and operation of middleware infrastructure platforms on IBM Linux ONE and System z. You will apply your technical knowledge and social skills to leverage our established set up and drive future improvements in the performance of our technology infrastructure platforms, ensuring that we are increasing the quality and reliability of the platform, with particular attention to optimizing its capacity. You are a recognized technical expert, and may lead a team of technologists, helping each team member with their development, listening and coaching them to be their best for our clients.
