--- Evaluate and update policies and procedures to align with industry best practices and ensure a standardized approach to IAM. --- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their IAM requirements and incorporate them into the IAM consolidation and enhancement roadmap. --- Utilize cloud-based platforms, including OKTA, to streamline IAM processes
and leverage their scalability and flexibility. --- Provide technical expertise and guidance in the implementation and integration of IAM solutions, with a focus on OKTA.
--- Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to evaluate IAM technologies and tools that align with the consolidated IAM strategy. Requirements: --- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e. g. CISSP, CISM, OKTA Certified Administrator) are a plus. --- Proven experience in IAM roles, including consolidating IAM services, backssing technologies, and updating policies and procedures. --- In-depth knowledge of IAM principles, concepts, and best
practices, with specialized expertise in OKTA. --- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, preferably with experience in IAM implementations using OKTA in cloud environments.
