Responsibilities - What You'll Do: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, specializing in PRM, Service Cloud, and CPQ, while ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand partner relationship management needs, service processes, and configure-price-quote workflows, translating them into technical requirements and providing architectural recommendations.
Define and maintain the overall Salesforce architecture strategy for PRM, Service Cloud, and CPQ, including data models, integrations, security, and scalability. Guide and mentor development teams, providing technical leadership and ensuring adherence to Salesforce development best practices specific to PRM, Service Cloud, and CPQ. Evaluate new Salesforce features and technologies related to PRM, Service Cloud, and CPQ, making recommendations for their implementation
to drive continuous improvement. Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions for PRM, Service Cloud, and CPQ.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other architects, to deliver successful Salesforce projects with a focus on PRM, Service Cloud, and CPQ. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies specific to PRM, Service Cloud, and CPQ to drive innovation and enhance the Salesforce ecosystem. Qualifications/Your background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Extensive experience in Salesforce architecture, with a minimum of 12-15 years working on Salesforce implementations, specifically in PRM, Service Cloud, and CPQ. Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including PRM, Service Cloud, and CPQ modules. Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including integrations with external systems, in the context of PRM, Service Cloud, and CPQ. Proficient in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and other Salesforce development tools relevant to PRM, Service Cloud, and CPQ.
Experience with Salesforce communities, partner portals, case management, knowledge base, and CPQ configuration is essential. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified System Architect or Salesforce Certified Application Architect, with specific certifications in PRM, Service Cloud, and CPQ, are highly desirable.
