Client.
The Dell deployment team is working on the implementation which is expected to be completed in early August. Customer will need to migrate data from Client to MX7000 and resident will be needed once the migration is completed. Below outlines some of what the resident will focus on during the 4 week assignment: Day to day operational activities / tasks Assist/manage server lifecycle management Assist and provide KT for Server Tools, features and best practice procedures General troubleshooting/optimization - ensure the customer understands how to manage the server stack once residency is completed Assist with network configuration when applicable (Mx7000 networking) Review IT processes
and policies (incident, capacity, change management etc.
) The resident will take the lead to open, manage, view and drive SRs (Service Requests) to closure.
Proactive resident with exceptional communication skills Monitors, reviews, and manage environment to identify areas of improvement following Dell EMC best practices Resident needs to be confident and proactive in providing best practice recommendations to the customer Share best practice methodologies throughout the residency assignment Resident is expected to be self-directed, able to accomplish tasks with little to no direction Powered by Jazz HR
