Services, the Technology Support Specialist I provides technical expertise in supporting personal computers, Macs and other hardware including networking, telecommunications, and interactive video systems (IVS) conferencing equipment. The Technology Support Specialist provides direct assistance to end users, including software installations and assistance, diagnosing hardware and software problems.
The Technology Support Specialist I may also instruct, support, and advise students, faculty and staff on methods and procedures in the usage of instructional technology (instructional computer labs, document cameras, digital audio/video, podcasts, and smart classrooms), software and other

Candidates should possess the following skills, experience, and qualifications: A degree in Architecture from an accredited university 10+ years of experience having managed multiple high-end single-family residential or hospitality projects from concept through completion.
Minimum of 3 completed luxury residential projects over 6000 SF. Detail-oriented and organized. Excellent listener and communicator, able to comprehend and disseminate information efficiently Experienced and technically knowledgeable enough to provide mentorship of junior staff Proven track record
and thorough understanding of: Supervising all aspects of projects through all phases, from pre-design through construction observation (technical, business, design, and administration) Using Revit at an expert level 3D rendering expertise in render tools that allow for photorealistic renders, setting up models for export to outside parties, and the ability to run renders using platforms like Twimmotion or Lumion.
