Evolving company with tons of growth opportunity Energetic, supportive, and collaborative working environment Continuous employee development, coaching, and training Work-life balance Responsibilities: Build, develop, and execute training programs based on the needs of the organization Design, develop, and create department training materials including training manuals, onboarding materials, facilitation guides, backssments, training activities, role play scenarios, self-paced study, and performance evaluation tools Responsible for content creation and maintenance of collateral such as presentations, video editing and learning tools Collaborate with various departments within the organization to ensure an understanding of theoretical and functional knowledge gaps Assist with the creation and maintaining of training materials in our Learning Management System Conduct regular training needs analysis to determine training solutions for all departments that provide individual/team knowledge, skills, and improve business performance Conduct on-going/continuing education based on training requested from various departments Develop effective working relationships with Leadership and Management to ensure cohesive collaboration on training needs Coordinate meetings and virtual classes/events using virtual delivery tools such as Microsoft Teams Employ a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training program Develop effective evaluation strategies to ensure that training content and materials are meeting their objective Proactively engage with Leadership, IT, Project Management regarding upcoming changes to internal software, products, or practices that will require educational content Support company-wide business initiatives for growth and retention by serving as a resource to internal departments when training needs arise Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field 3 years’ instructional design experience required, preferably in adult learning designing, curating, and delivering learning solutions Extensive experience working with Learning Management Systems Education architecture background preferred Additional Perks & Benefits: Hybrid Schedule Health, dental, and vision benefits Ancillary benefits including legal services, disability insurance, Employee Assistance Program, and much more!
