Wanted: Global Innovators to Help Us Build Tomorrow's Enterprise In the role of Technical Test Lead, you will plan for and ensure quality and timeliness of activities related to requirements elicitation, Test Estimation, Test Planning and Test Execution, Defect management and UAT Support. You will also be responsible for end to end test execution and coordinate with offshore for daily deliverables, status reporting
and coordinating projects large or small requiring creative solutions under compressed timelines. Location for this position is Chicago IL. This position may require 5% travel.

Qualifications Basic ---Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. ---At least 5 years of experience with IT Preferred o 5+ years of work experience in IT industry, o Expert knowledge in hardware, software, and distributed applications environments
and solid understanding of their associated capacity and performance indicators, o Good experience in analyze complex problems in the application space relating to resilience o bility to perform chaos testing on a distributed system in order to build confidence in the system's capability to withstand turbulent conditions in production o Experience in developing automated chaos testing in pre-production systems o Partner with development to identify anti-patterns and create fallback experiences to critical scenarios o Hands on experience in Unix/Linux OS environments and operating system internals, file systems, disk/storage and networking protocols.
o Having working knowledge with VMs and Containers.
o Knowledge in programming languages like Java/Python and scripting languages. o Working familiarity with the entire software development lifecycle including version control, build process, testing, and code release o Tools - Gremlin, Chaos Monkey, Chaos Toolkit, Litmus The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
