Your Typical Daily Responsibilities Follow up on physicians orders, coordinate services with ancillary providers and report to physicians and families any changes of condition or other pertinent clinical care information Provide medication administration to an assigned group
of residents according to physicians orders and report any adverse reactions or clinical observations documenting as necessary Ensure resident care and service plans are followed by overseeing tasks of Medication Technicians and care providers Make appropriate situational decisions and manage conflict in a positive and constructive manner Update and review resident medical records, clinical documentation, and incident reports Skills Required for Success Flexible and adaptable with the ability to critically think and problem-solve in stressful or urgent situations Proficient in verbal and written English with strong oral and written communication skills Strong leadership and supervisory abilities,

teams that are now familiar with Urogynecology procedures, patient recovery and instrumentation Anorectal manometry performed through gastroenterology, Defacography and Dynamic MRI available, being read by radiologists who trained at Michigan Urogynecology providers currently collaborate with Urology, Colon and Rectal Surgery, General Surgery, Gastroenterology, Radiology, Gynecology Oncology, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Hospitalist OBGYN providers, primary care providers, and others Parkview’s Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy program has been here for more than 15 years and continues to grow.
They currently have 4 full time providers, have a residency that began 2022 and are looking to expand.
They have dedicated office space and rooms located near the Urogynecology office.
