PURPOSE: The SAP Architect and Solution Manager is a senior management role responsible for overseeing and leading the implementation, maintenance, and strategic direction of the SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products) ecosystem within an organization. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive

SAP expertise, and a deep understanding of business processes to drive efficiency and optimize the use of SAP solutions across the company. KEY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive SAP strategy aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for enhancing processes and leveraging SAP capabilities to drive business growth and competitiveness. SAP Implementation and Upgrades: Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of SAP implementation projects and system upgrades. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with established

quality standards. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of SAP professionals, including consultants, analysts, and developers.

Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to the team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Systems Integration: Coordinate the integration of SAP with other business systems and applications to enable seamless data flow and optimize cross-functional processes. Performance Monitoring: Implement metrics and KPIs to monitor the performance and effectiveness of SAP systems. Analyze data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions. Compliance and Security: Ensure adherence to industry best practices, data security, and regulatory compliance within the SAP landscape.

Implement necessary controls and measures to safeguard sensitive information and protect against potential threats. Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with SAP vendors and third-party service providers. Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to negotiate contracts and service-level agreements to maximize value and minimize risks. User Training and Support: Develop training programs to educate end-users on SAP functionalities and best practices. Provide ongoing support and assistance to users to ensure effective and efficient utilization of SAP applications.

Budget Management: Develop and manage the SAP department's budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to meet project and operational requirements. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest SAP trends, technologies, and industry developments. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation to enhance business processes and optimize SAP solutions. REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCES: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.10+ years in SAP implementation, support, and management.

Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale SAP projects and teams. Strong understanding of business processes and their integration with SAP solutions. In-depth knowledge of various SAP modules, such as SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP C4C, SAP MDG, SAP TM, SAP PI/PO COMPETENCIES: Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to align SAP initiatives with broader business objectives. Familiarity with compliance standards and data security regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Project management certification (e. g. PMP) is a plus.
