position requires a combination of deep technical proficiency in Salesforce Revenue Cloud CPQ and a comprehensive understanding of Commercial Go-to-Market business processes and requirements. This is a highly visible role and will require ability to communicate and influence key decisions at a leadership level and the expertise to drive key technical decisions with experience, security, scale and operations in mind.
Who You'll Work With You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including Cross Track teams, Salesforce Product Teams, Cisco Partners, Distributors, and Cisco IT leaders to enable the Commerce platform. You will engage in co-design sessions with Cisco Partners
and Distributors to establish an integration strategy and roadmap for the transformation efforts. Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and design scalable CPQ solutions.
Configure Salesforce Revenue Cloud CPQ to meet specific business needs, which includes defining product catalog structures, pricing rules, discounting strategies, and quote templates, among others. Implement customizations when necessary, using Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies. Integrate Salesforce Revenue Cloud CPQ with other systems within the organization's technology stack. Design and implement data models and workflows to support CPQ processes,
including the management of product data, pricing data, quotes, orders, subscription contracts, and asset data.
Learn continuously and adapt to tools and technologies to solve problems effectively and efficiently. Invest in coaching and mentoring technical talent and participate in Industry events for an outside perspective on technology advancements. Minimum Qualifications 15+ years of experience with an MS or BS degree in Computers, or a related technical field. Technical proficiency across Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visual Force, Salesforce Platform Management. Expertise in CSS, AJAX, JSON, HTML, and/or MVC. Experience in deployment, continuous delivery, infrastructure management, software quality assurance.
Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Certifications with a solid foundation in Salesforce, including extensive experience with Salesforce CPQ. U. S. employees have access to quality medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a Cisco matching contribution, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance and numerous wellbeing offerings. Employees receive up to twelve paid holidays per calendar year, which includes one floating holiday, plus a day off for their birthday. Employees accrue up to 20 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) each year and have access to paid time away to deal with critical or emergency issues without tapping into their PTO.
We offer additional paid time to volunteer and give back to the community. Employees are also able to purchase company stock through our Employee Stock Purchase Program. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco pays at the standard rate of 1% of incentive target for each 1% revenue attainment against the quota up to 100%. Once performance exceeds 100% quota attainment, incentive rates may increase up to five times the standard rate with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
