Your Skills and Experience: 7 - 10 years of Salesforce delivery experience, with demonstrated proficiency in Sales/Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud and omnichannel solution delivery experience with adjacent capabilities (Data Cloud, Personalization, Field Service Lightning, B2B Commerce, CPQ, etc).
Industry experience within Healthcare Life Sciences or Financial Services is preferred. Salesforce Application, System Architect, or Data Cloud certifications are encouraged. 5+ years of enterprise program management experience. 3-5 years of pre-sales experience in shaping and scoping large and complex projects. Demonstrated understanding of Enterprise Governance, 'COEs' & Salesforce delivery best practices.
Understanding of key global deployment considerations such as data residency, CCPA, GDPR and increasingly hyperforce. Functional understanding of the purpose and use-cases for technologies and frameworks that are key to effective solution design (i. e. front end development, integration, analytics, security). Up to 30% travel may be required.
