The Work As a Senior Systems Lead Engineer, you will: • Act the primary Point of Contact (POC) for Systems Engineering activities, leading the design and development of complex System of System Architectures, System Architectures, and System Design activities.
• Play a crucial role in supporting system design and requirements (SDR) through various stages, including architecture, development, integration, and verification activities. • Conduct system architecture analysis using Model Based Engineering (MBE) applications and practices. • Champion systems engineering rigor and product development process compliance

Basic Qualifications: • Proficiency applying System Modeling Languages and frameworks (Sys ML, UML, DODAF, UPDM, or similar language), and experience with Cameo for developing key artifacts and stakeholder review • Product design experience in the context of modular open systems architectures (e. g. SOA) • Prior experience leading cross-functional teams through major technical reviews throughout the acquisition lifecycle (ITR, SRR, PDR, CDR) • Experience applying the Vee Process Model to fully develop and integrate a complex system • Prior customer engagement experiences requiring communication of technical concepts to external stakeholders • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, with 14 years or more of professional experience; or 12 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree • Active Do D Secret clearance investigated within the last 5 years (US citizenship is required) Desired Skills: • Thorough understanding of program, functional, and process metrics including Earned Value Management (EVM) • Experience with Cost Account Management (CAM) • Capture Experience including authoring proposals • Prior experience in the development, integration, and deployment of training systems • Leveraged Agile tenets in the execution of the development of software intensive systems, inclusive of driving development of Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Hardware, and Test Engineering work products Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
