As a Project Engineer , you will: ∙ Lead an Integrated Product Teams (IPT) for the FBM Avionics Directorate in planning and execution of Avionics work scope and Program execution ∙ Ensure that projects are completed on schedule following established procedures, schedules, and work plans ∙ Coordinate the planning, organizing, control, Integration and completion of Engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility

Desired Skills: • Master's degree in an STEM or business field • Project management experience and Control Account Management (CAM) experience. • Experience with Agile development of hardware, software, and/or firmware using Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or similar • Experience using JIRA or Version 1 or similar tools for project planning and tracking • Experience throughout engineering lifecycle (system definition, design, build, test and operational deployment).

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $67,400 - $129,300.
