You will lead the design, planning, and implementation of global business growth programs with cross-functional collaboration among sales leadership, marketing, product and engineering. You will help shape the engagement strategy of our global Salesforce and ensure alignment of goals and execution.

We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $169,000-$258,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education

Minimum qualifications: 8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy or Management Consulting. Experience analyzing data sets using SQL and deriving insights from data. Preferred qualifications: Experience in executing, multi-tasking, and leading complex and ambiguous strategic and operational initiatives. Understanding of key business drivers, trends and operating metrics.

Understanding of the Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) landscape. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional groups and executive leadership. Responsibilities Design, pilot, and deploy Mid-market sales program strategy, including role design, sales support models, workflow design, incentives, customer segmentation, tools/resources and go-to-market motions. Own existing sales program support model design through ongoing evaluation, analysis and partner with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market innovations. Develop advocacy for new initiatives by building networks of cross-functional peers and leaders across multiple organizations (e.

g. Sales, Product Strategy (PSA), Marketing). Partner with sales leadership and cross-functional partners to help design, shape, launch, and manage program goals and annual roadmap. Drive end-to-end project management and change management to launch and land innovative initiatives with partner teams, support sales operations while safeguarding program impact.
