team? Location - Work from home or if in Phoenix area hybrid work from home / office (Scottsdale, Arizona) About the Role Quantum5’s Community Architect will directly contribute to our client’s Community relationships, engagement, and training sustainment of Quantum5 skills-based training.
To be successful in this role, the Community Architect (CA) will focus on building and maintaining the relationship with the owners/operators, dealer principals, general managers and/or other decisions makers within the dealership / organization while ensuring the client’s and Quantum5’s goals are being met. Responsibilities : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
Collaborate with Client, Sales, Training and Community Management to ensure effective Client onboarding.
Function as liaison to provide feedback loop to Community and Content teams from the client stakeholders to continuously monitor Q5 skill implementation, app engagement and subsequent training sustainment. Create, maintain, and communicate KPI’s for client engagement and continuous on improvement to both internal and external leadership – monthly, quarterly, and as needed. Continuously and regularly visit clients to observe and coach as needed. Provide on-demand training of Q5 methodology as needed. Review engagement through Community Managers KPIs and strategize engagement and/or sustainment gaps while maintaining the Q5 philosophy of protecting the individual’s data but still providing aggregate team data.
Develop, implement, and continuously update strategy for client to maintain and grow learning sustainment. Align with Quantum5’s culture of Trust, Candor, Accountability, Learning, Gratitude and Fun. Qualifications / Requirements: Experience in Automotive Sales, Service or BDC – 3+ years. Ability to facilitate training and/or present to small and large groups as needed. Ability to travel approximately 30% - 50%. Strong communication and negotiating skills.
