through internal work. As a Revenue Cycle Architect, your responsibilities are focused around internal project auditing (in-flight New Business implementations), quality improvement initiatives, team education to mitigate issues upstream, and serving a key liaison to Raintree’s RCM team.
Duties and Responsibilities Deep understanding of revenue cycle operations, KPI’s, and Raintree revenue cycle configuration and best practices Provide an " outside looking in" backssment of in-flight projects pre-go-live to drive quality and consistency across projects Leverage build audit backssments to give a clear picture of potential risk, incomplete configuration, etc Develop additional
audits backssments to continually improve risk identification and mitigation across in-flight projects Driver of ongoing improvement initiatives for revenue cycle related to configuration, delivery consistency, etc Partner with the revenue cycle Knowledge Lead where needed to ensure documentation, new IC onboarding, etc matches the best practice configuration and understanding of audit process Liaison between Professional Services and Raintree’s RCM team to continually backss where improvements are needed or collaboration is required to solve complex issues or Partner with the revenue cycle Knowledge Lead to backss the stabilization timeframe (post-live but pre-turnover) and drive improvements
internally Identify a reporting mechanism to surface up a dashboard of the project/client backssments; trend team improvements through KPI reporting Position Proficiencies and Requirements Extensive experience with healthcare Revenue Cycle practices; Therapy specific experience is a plus Deep understanding of Raintree’s revenue cycle product and an ability to stay connected to product enhancements/roadmap initiatives to evolve audits and improvement areas to match product changes Must have experience in at least 2 of the following areas; Product/Project Management, Training, Medical Software, Implementations.
A Bachelor's Degree in business or related field.
Knowledge of medical computerized billing and scheduling software systems preferred. Experience with EMR/EHR systems/implementations preferred. Work experience in a medical office environment, customer service, IT, or support desk is a plus. Strong working knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, or Google Workspace. Competencies to Drive Success Ability to lead a group of implementation consultants to develop and foster Best Practices. Ability to manage and fulfill client expectations while balancing leadership responsibilities. Excellent written and oral communications skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills with a customer service focus.
