Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a technical field and knowledge of commercial construction. The Project Coordinator is a full-time position. The salary range is $60,000 - $70,000 annually. TAP currently offers an exceptional benefits package (listed below). The primary job function for this position is to provide sales support to our sales representatives and manage projects for our customers. Project Coordinator Responsibilities Review of construction
drawings for estimating and takeoffs Supports outside sales and our customers Prepares quotes, submittals and O & M Manuals Assists with project takeoffs and estimating Order management of product to include tracking and delivery Manages warranty issues Maintains an organized electronic project filing system Requirements: Project Coordinator Knowledge and Skills Education preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Science, or Industrial Distribution Education required: Associate Degree in a technical field 3-5 years of related work experience in Commercial Construction Experience with review and understanding of construction drawings Detail-oriented, organized and continually
