" EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: A Bachelor's of Architecture degree is the minimum formal education required for this position. US Architectural License required.
CA licensure preferred. Twenty (20) or more years experience in design CAD/REVIT construction documentation, project delivery or equivalent in the design-build industry required with five (5) or more years experience in commercial design project/team management managing multiple projects of minimum $50M value, minimum 60K sq.
ft. Up to $100M value preferred. Experience with OSHPD a plus. Project management with the Department of Defense (Do D) is preferred. Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Internet, etc. ) required. Specific software literacy (Revit v2009 or higher, ACAD v2007 or higher, Sketchup) required. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design, preferred, but not required.
