Responsibilities: - Life & Annuity Insurance domain knowledge in a TPA environment - Guiding clients in defining the scope for the enhancements in agile mind set and launching new products with MVP - Able to drive the requirements from system feasibility perspective and lead client in getting the products/enhancement done - Represent Development team in client discussions along with Business Analyst - Experience in performing application enhancements by referring to Business Requirements document - Conduct technical research, development and testing of client's business requirements onto NTT Life and Annuity Product - Identifies process and procedure
enhancements to drive efficiency and improve customer satisfaction - Experience in configuring new product launches in Life and Annuity Domain, enhancing existing products - Create a flexible technical design that is scalable and reusable - Write and review the technical specifications; support the team for on-time delivery - Promote teamwork and culture of accountability - Coordinate with onshore and offshore resources; mentor and guide team members Basic Qualifications: - 15+ years of experience in Life Insurance and Annuity TPA business involving multiple product lines - 15+ Years of experience in programming and debugging using COBOL, JCL, VSAM and CICS technologies - Solutioning Business
requirements to implement in L&A Admin platforms - Translating Business Requirements and writing Technical Specifications - Lead large projects or offer complex programming solutions - Learn new digital technologies and cloud platform; suggest better way of doing things in the platform - SDLC methodologies Preferred/Nice to Have: - Working knowledge on JAVA, Python, Shell Scripting and Linux is an added advantage.

For a candidate in the state of Colorado only, the starting pay range for this role is $128,900 - $236,300. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including actual work location, relevant experience (internal or external), technical skills, and other qualifications. The candidate may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on personal and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
