Architectural Designer in our new Nashville, TN office. We operate within a hybrid work model, supporting flexibility between office time and work from home. Position Summary As an Architectural Designer at DLR Group, you will collaborate with our cross-functional design teams to develop designs from conception through design development, prepare construction documents, specifications, team coordination, and support the project team through construction administration for a variety of project types and sizes.

The successful candidate will: Engage in studio culture and the local community. Participate in all project phases, from conceptual design through construction administration. Present ideas and design solutions visually and verbally in a collaborative team environment, as well as self-manage and self-motivate. Collaborate with team members, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies, and other vendors to meet overall project

objectives. Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction documents.

Required Qualifications: Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from an accredited program 3-5 years of professional experience in a commercial architecture firm Proficiency with computer drawing, modeling, and rendering software; Revit and Sketch Up are preferred Demonstrated proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and In Design) Positive and entrepreneurial spirit underlined by a strong work ethic Desire to continually learn, grow, and pursue design excellence in a fun environment Preferred Qualifications: Skilled in hand drawing techniques that communicate visually A demonstrated interest in sustainable building design Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and parametric design software, such as Grasshopper Proficiency with visualization software, such as Lumion or Enscape Knowledge of QA/QC process and building codes TO BE CONSIDERED, PLEASE SUBMIT CURRENT PORTFOLIO/WORK SAMPLES IN PDF FORMAT DLR Group?
