To be successful in this role, you should have an eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of current UX trends. You will be responsible for leading our UX and UI teams and driving the development of user-centered design strategies and initiatives.

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UX designers, providing guidance, support, and fostering a cross-functionally collaborative & innovative environment. Attainment of web quality and business performance targets, including revenue targets; Testing web page content, design, and interactions to improve the visitor experience and business performance; Guide other professionals and adapt communications

Experience leading teams to increase effectiveness of web footprint whilst challenging stakeholders with innovative Design/UI proposals. In-depth knowledge of UX design principles, human-centered design, UX best practices, design system standards such as Carbon, and content management systems (CMS) such as AEM. Proficient in design and prototyping tools, such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar. Strategic thinking and ability to align design efforts with business goals with on-going success measurement. Experience leading design systems and the learning agility to quickly gain mastery over the IBM Design system, Carbon design system as well as IBM Branding guidelines and UI best practices.

Ability to own a creative vision and roadmap while improving the web design development process. Demonstrated knowledge and use of design pattern trends and best practices. Innovative and collaborative mindset, adaptable to fast-paced, ever-evolving creative environment.
