This Principal Solution Architect role will be responsible for leading digitalization efforts for several areas of the ERP system as a product owner in an Agile environment, with the primary areas being direct material flow, warehousing, and MES/WMS integrations. The Principal Solution Architect will be recognized as the subject matter expert and key point of contact

for ERP business users, within their knowledge domains. The Principal Solution Architect will be instrumental in operationalizing complex areas by eliciting detailed business requirements, translating those requirements and acceptance criteria into actionable work and ensuring stakeholder expectations are met, by the team.

Position Principal Solutions Architect Location USA, Louisville, KY How You'll Create Possibilities Support the digitalization and enhancement of the Oracle ERP system through leadership, material flow, planning and scheduling processes and other related business processes to ensure the success of the Key Stakeholders and Users of Oracle ERP tools Lead $1MM+ enterprise-wide

program to enhance business practices around Supply Chain management/communication/material flow and optimization across the entire supply chain network Agile Product Owner for material flow, direct material warehousing, MES/WMS integrations, and other areas as required Solve difficult, and often complex, problems by finding root cause and driving systemic solutions Lead improvements and champion cultural change within Manufacturing Plants and the business to achieve Hoshin goals Coach and train Materials teams on ERP best practices Work across functions to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities What You'll Bring to Our Team Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors' degree from an accredited college or university 7+ years' experience in Supply Chain including material flow, MES and WMS integrations, direct material warehousing and/or similar roles Understand interactions and usage of ERP (Oracle EBS) Excellent data management and analytical skills Change agent; develop strategy for project execution and ability to deliver Able to communicate complex issues and drive needed actions Preferred Qualifications: Technical degree or graduate degree a plus MES system experience, Proficy experience a plus Understand interactions and usage of ERP, MES and WMS's (Oracle EBS, Oracle WMS, Intellinum, etc.

) Understand and experience implementing Oracle Cloud Experience utilizing Gen AI.
