other educational content around our Restorative and Endodontic lines, as well as our greater strategic learning plan. Reporting into our Sales Training and Development manager, this team will develop content for delivery in one or more course formats, such as instructor-led classroom training and/or self-paced online learning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Create and design training content for use with web-based, instructor-led, and self-study media. Utilize instructional design principals to design, develop, backss, and deliver routine training tools & courses. Work with Marketing Managers and Leadership to ensure procedural/workflow approach to product launch and selling execution excellence.
Develop compelling, skill application focused virtual and classroom content for Learning Management System.
Design selling, procedural education, territory business management, onboarding programs and content which fits into a learning system and tangibly build transferable skill among participants. Create and ensure coaching guides to assist with execution excellence and devise methodology to measure impact/results. Aid Manager in selecting relevant areas for content development. Have ability to help implement/train/be part of successful content delivery. WORK EXPERIENCE: 5-7 combined years of experience in at least 3 of the following areas: Sales, Sales Training, Sales/Training Management, Instructional Design, Product Launch.
Managed Sales and/or Training personnel (and process) for at least 3-5 years Healthcare related background, dental preferred EDUCATION: Degree in Instructional Design and/or 5-years of successful demonstrated experience in the discipline KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: Project management skills Experience developing and/or delivering training material. Formal education in instructional design, instructional psychology, writing, adult education, or similar Professional certification(s) related to instructional or e-learning design Healthcare related background, dental preferred Creative, yet able think linearly to make complex simple for others (Sales consumable) Strong organization skills and ability to manage and complete multiple tasks on time and with excellence Demonstrated ability to create and use software to create virtual, multimedia programs.

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
This position is eligible for a bonus/incentive not reflected in the posted range.
