ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Responsible for translating global marketing objectives into creative strategies, concepts and designs Manages graphic and motion design for both electronic and print communications such as event signage, flyers, product packaging and other print collateral as well as digital assets, such as web graphics, social media, video and Power Point presentations Develops and distributes global go-to-market guides for new product and brand campaigns Contributes

to the development of compelling copy that differentiates the Wahl Professional brand and stays true to the brand voice and attributes Conceptualizes, designs, and produces high quality content for Wahl Professional social channels that convey appropriate messaging to chosen target audiences Follows global brand design guidelines to ensure all work meets design standards and expectations Reviews and approves regional creative for global initiatives and priorities Manages multiple projects from concept to completion under tight deadlines and budget constraints Consistently researches, identifies and shares current design trends from around the world with competitive reviews as they relate to the

brand Demonstrates strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various design disciplines (color theory, typography, contrast, balance, repetition, alignment, etc.

) to create high-value campaigns Provides quality control including proofing, reviewing, measuring, and evaluating creative output performance Leverages digital asset management systems and provides guidance to global teams for leveraging Promotes continual creative improvement and actively contribute to a culture of innovation, excellence, and accountability Researches and quotes projects while adhering to budgets set forth by stakeholders Assists in photoshoot art direction and scheduling, and image retouching Supports the Global Marketing team as-needed MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: A full portfolio demonstrating work in print, web design, motion graphics, social, and other forms of media is a must Demonstrated expertise in the areas of layout, graphic design, typography, print design, brand development, interactive design, user-centered experience design, marketing, and the creative process 7+ years of experience in a creative development role Global approach to design Experience managing campaign development with internal and external teams Expert at presenting ideas in all group sizes, both internally and externally Strong knowledge of 360 campaign development and creative process Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment A passion for brilliant copy and beautiful design Instinct to lead with vision and creative inspiration Comfortable estimating and scoping projects Experience and understanding of In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Suite (incl.

After Effects), MS Word, PPT, and Excel. Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining a clear sense of priorities.
