have the opportunity to create beautiful outdoor spaces that enhance the environment and improve quality of life. We primarily work on private residential and thus require a candidate who can work closely in the home Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients and design team to understand their landscaping and construction goals- Design and create landscape plans, including hardscape and softscape elements- Use software such as Auto CAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up, Solidworks to develop design concepts- Conduct site visits and surveys to backss existing conditions and gather necessary data- Prepare construction documents, including detailed drawings and specifications- Manage projects

from concept through completion, ensuring adherence to budget and timeline- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project- Provide guidance and oversight during the construction phase to ensure design intent is achieved- Conduct post-construction evaluations to backss the success of the project- Completes work tasks and assignments on time and within budget parameters as determined by Project Manager or Division Manager- Prepares project plans and drawings, other graphical presentations & models, documents for bid packages, estimates and quantities, as assigned and directed- Supports preparations for proposals and presentations to potential and existing

clients including presentational graphics, preliminary designs, and details- Provides technical and field support during construction phase as necessary Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field- 2+ years progressive experience- Working knowledge of MS Office and Auto CAD and Adobe Creative Suite- Proficiency in various design software- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously- Knowledge of land surveying techniques and principles- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration- Ability to think creatively and problem-solve to meet client needs- Understanding of landscape maintenance practices and principles unique to rooftop and townhouse gardening- Hand graphic skills and irrigation design knowledge preferred- Demonstrated effective written and verbal skills- Ability to work & collaborate in a team environment- Possesses a positive attitude and desire to learn
