Responsibilities: - Measure spaces (remodel) or input construction drawings (new construction)- Develop floor plans, elevations, layouts using design software- Develop concept boards based on client input- Develop layouts and design ideas in
a manner consistent with the client’s desired aesthetic and needs- Assist with client on selections (Cabinet door style, color, hardware, countertops)- Prepare design presentations for clients to review layouts, styling, finishes, etc.
- Onsite as needed to resolve design challenges that arise during installations Requirements: - Proven work experience as an Interior Designer or similar role- Proficiency in a design software such as 2020 Design Live, Auto CAD, Sketchup, Chief Architect- Strong knowledge of drafting techniques and principles- Excellent creativity and artistic skills- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively- Strong communication and interpersonal
