ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE Manage the day-to-day activities to achieve deliverables, KPIs, and OKRs of journey team Translate concept into actionable tasks and acceptance criteria for the journey team to execute Identify and help resolution of dependencies, risks and roadblocks Work closely with the main team and other team members to develop new ideas that will greatly improve the customer's experience.

designs. Perform testing to help solve delivery, design, and strategic problems with the team. Support engagement of key stakeholders and functions across key journey deliverables as needed Help testing by creating and reviewing suggestions, process/system maps, data analysis, and research findings to solve problems with the journey team on specific delivery, design, and strategic matters.
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS Bachelor's degree required At least 4 years of experience in management consulting, strategy and operations, consumer analytics, or program management required.
