(periodically sweeping and picking up trash). Affix labels to products prior to shipment. Match order paperwork to product and confirm all contents for order was pulled correctly. Fulfill customer orders correctly and efficiently. Move materials and package for shipment.
Make requests for materials, tools, or other stock items to management. Follow all safety codes. Place merchandise on pallets or similar shipping carriers. Record amounts of materials or items to ship and confirm all labels are verified before labeling. Perform facilities cleanup (inside and outside trash detail). Sometimes sort material according to type, style, color, or product code. Carry out tasks as assigned by
the warehouse supervisor. Identify damage, loss, or surplus of goods and materials stored in the warehouse and communicate those to supervisor. Maintain records of all labeling activities for accountability purposes.
Experience Required: Required Length & Type of Experience: Stock work experience helpful Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Must have the ability to read, write, and perform simple math. Must have good oral communication skills to work in a team-based environment.
