Much of your day is spent mowing, weed eating, edging, pruning, weeding, and raking as you safely and effectively operate equipment including mowers, trimmers, and other gas-powered equipment.
You are detail-oriented and work hard to ensure our customers' commercial properties are looking clean and tidy! You clean up and trim trees, shrubs, and flowers and also hand water plants when needed. When repairs and adjustments are to be completed, you are thorough when working with equipment and adjusting and repairing sprinkler systems. Being self-motivated and committed to a " job-well-done" you take on any assignments from the Foreperson, Manager, Director of Property Operations, and/or the General Manager.
