Knowledge of and ability to apply industry standards to designs is required. Guide, direct, and consult with A/E firms, vendors, and construction contractors as required to fulfill assignments. Determine materials and equipment specifications and take offs for structures, processing, and utility equipment. Provide technical design direction to engineers and designers. Identify and work with
others to resolve technical design issues. Responsible for individual assignments on large project teams. Assume direct engineering responsibility for specific projects as assigned.
Educational Requirements of Job : A. S. -- Graphic Design or 4 years CADD design experience. Experience Requirements of Job (Beyond educational or equivalent) : With A. S. Degree, over ten (10) years' experience as a CADD Designer with Microstation training or experience OR without degree fifteen (15) years CADD design experience.
