Responsibilities Take responsibility for finished plans, specifications, and approval of materials and construction and for managing all aspects of multiple small to large complex projects Apply sound knowledge of architectural principles and practices in a broad array of assignments and related fields Lead a collaborative and inclusive design process Assist with budget management Prepare design presentation materials Partner with client and/or user group to develop

Exercise professional judgement in areas of contractual liability Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications Professional degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program Ability to provide business development for firm within practice expertise area 6-8 years combined experience as a design professional and/or architect Registered as a licensed architect Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Revit Firm grasp of building technology fundamentals Thorough knowledge of relevant codes, operations, processes, and trends Excellent time management, organizational and written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree of Architecture Experience with Newforma Project Center and/or Newforma Project Analyzer Experience with Microsoft Project, Bluebeam PDF Revu Additional relevant certifications indicating additional expertise such as for construction administration, interior design, LEED/Green Globes/sustainability, etc.
