POSITION OVERVIEW: The Professional Services Assistant reports to the Director of Recruitment and Marketing and is responsible for providing any and all administrative/office/clerical support to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the position and to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the clinic's administrative office.

Receives direction from Professional Services team members as directed by the Director of Recruitment and Marketing. EDUCATION: Associate's degree, preferred. EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years of increasingly responsible secretarial experience, required. Computer, telephone, keyboarding and typing skills a must. Must be knowledgeable of Microsoft Word and

Excel. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Must be organized and able to adapt to an ever-changing office environment. Customer Service and the use of multi-line phone answering.

Must have some knowledge of medical terminology. Needs to be a highly flexible and motivated individual with independent thinking skills. Must possess exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing. Ability to multitask, problem solve and provide outstanding customer service. Strong math skills required.
