files in an organized fashion o Maintain general office files o Assist in maintaining inventories of supplies and equipment o Complete check in and check out inspection forms o Maintain work orders and follow up on maintenance activities o Collect rents in timely fashion and follow up on delinquent residents.
o Ensure employee time cards are filled out accurately and write payroll checks o Keep track of manager/maintenance debit cards and ensure all purchases are job related Managerial o Answering phone and communicating with prospective clients and current residents in a friendly and efficient manner o Coordinating with maintenance team for any apartment or grounds issues o Assist in marketing and community outreach o Show people apartments and effectively screen potential residents in compliance with our policy and procedures o Must maintain professional attire suitable for a manager o Willingness to perform duties as needed outside of strictly clerical or managerial duties o Plan and participate in resident functions
