Certification is required to provide medical leadership and oversight of the psychiatry services provided at the Chester Mental Health Center in Chester, Illinois.
Chester Mental Health Center strives to assist patients to achieve their full recovery potential and values culture, safety, recovery, efficiency and quality. Job Responsibilities 1. Serves as Medical Director for Chester Mental Health Center. 2. Serves as full-line supervisor. 3. Develops, plans for and monitors implementation of ancillary medical services, including dentistry, optometry, Electroencephalogram (EEG) and all contractual medical services. 4. Directs, designs and implements policies, procedures and verifies compliance
with all accrediting regulatory agents. 5. Provides psychiatry services by examining, treating and monitoring individual patients’ medical needs.
6. Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above. Minimum Qualifications 1. Requires an Illinois license to practice medicine and an American Board of Medical Specialties certification or its equivalent, in Psychiatry. 2. Requires three (3) years of substantive medical administrative experience in the directing, planning an evaluating a medical/clinical program. Preferred Qualifications (in priority order) 1. Two (2) years of professional experience working with professional health services, disciplines and program support functions which must be coordinated in administering a comprehensive medical health program.
2. Two (2) years of professional experience managing and evaluating the delivery of medical care, treatment and services. 3. Two (2) years of professional experience supervising staff in the medical field as well as other medical professionals. 4. Two (2) years of professional experience, preferably five (5) years, recommending changes to medical service programs. 5. Two (2) years of professional experience providing technical medical training and assistance to internal and/or external stakeholders.
6. Two (2) years of professional experience communicating with both internal and/or external stakeholders daily on medical services. 7. Two (2) years of professional experience performing quality assurance backssments on medical services and treatments provided to patients and/or individuals. 8. Two (2) years of professional experience as a physician working with concepts and practices in psychiatry medicine. 9. Two (2) years of professional experience investigating and reporting on incidents. Conditions of Employment 1.

1 Category Disaster Relief Location Freeburg, IL Description JOB PURPOSE: The Data Entry Specialist manages data collection, entry, and reporting for all case management services in the Disaster Case Management program.
This position works with Case Managers and Supervisors to ensure data and documentation is entered correctly and timely into the data management system. The Data Entry Specialist will compile reports internally for management staff and externally for contract requirements. Position Requirements ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Complete Data Entry of cases and outcome information into the DCM database as assigned by the Lead Data Manager and Program Manager. This will include
initial data entry, updates and reports as required. Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
Complete Reporting and data entry assignments to include data entry into Excel and other platforms as required. Review and monitor data quality within the case management Database. Review individual cases using the case management monitoring tool for electronic file completeness and accuracy. Assist with monitoring of the Physical files for completeness and accuracy. Documents daily program activities, to include appointment tracking, offsite meetings, and updates. General clerical duties (filing, typing, ordering supplies, etc.
