VACCHCS is affiliated with the University of California San Francisco (UCSF) Fresno Medical Education Program and provides a rich academic environment including postgraduate medical education training for residents and fellows in specialties and sub-specialties. The VA Central California HCS features the PACT (patient

aligned care team/medical home) mode of care. The selected provider will have the full support of RN’s, LVN’s, clerical staff, administrative staff, social workers, pharmacists, mental health professionals and dietitians to provide high quality primary care to their Veterans.

Work Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 4:30pm Licensure: Full and unrestricted license from any US State or territory Expected Salary range $200,000 to $243,000 , May include up to $15,000 in Annual Performance Bonus Candidate may be eligible to apply for the Education Debt Reduction Program and if approved, receive up to $200k in school loan repayment Tax Free.
