Travel a. Arrange travel for your core executive team and keep travel and/or out: of: office information updated in their calendars 4. Expense Reports a. Submit executives' expense reports and review for accuracy any expense reports submitted by their direct reports 5. Meetings a. Arrange the meeting logistics (room reservation, food and beverages, etc. ) 6. Translation a. As requested, provide Japanese and English translation for reports and Power Points What You Will Bring- At least 5+ years
of administrative assistant experience- Completion of program at a community college, technical or commercial school or equivalent experience (minimum of a 2: year program)- Bilingual in Japanese and English- Proficient in Microsoft Office The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD 68,889 and 94,723.

The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
