What We Need from You: A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. 5-7 years of experience in IT support or related technical field, with at least 3 years of experience in IT management position. A certified ITIL Foundation Certification is a plus. Demonstrated experience in leading teams of technical support professionals. Strong technical background with experience in Windows desktop and server operating systems, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate and influence at all organizational levels. Strong organizational and project management skills, as well as an ability to multitask and prioritize efforts based on business needs.
