Qualifications Two to five (2-5) years of experience maintaining the upkeep of a commercial building and equipment. Experience in minor repairs to buildings, facilities, service equipment, and other related equipment. Specific experience in plumbing, heating, air conditioning, electrical, and pneumatic systems preferred. Ability to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends Must be in possession of a valid Mississippi driver’s license.
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
