Walking the grounds and delivering notices to all apartments. Complying with all state, federal, and/or local laws relating to Fair Housing. Assisting with landscaping for the community. Performing exterior/interior painting. Replacing exterior/interior light bulbs and globes. Picking up exterior and interior litter; emptying and sanitizing trash containers. Assisting the office and maintenance teams as needed (e. g. walking apartments, move-in/move-out reports).
